Pet Healthcare ~ We are a full service Veterinary Hospital

Physical Exams & Vaccines

Our doctors provide a full “nose to toes” examination and take into account your pet’s lifestyle in determining which diseases or virus’ your pet may need to be vaccinated against.  Vaccines are critically important to your pet’s good health.

Our doctors take the time to listen to your concerns and to clearly answer your questions.  Annual exams provide us with the opportunity to give general advice, as well as important information on dental care, fleas and other parasites, exercise and diets.  It also gives the doctors a chance to catch health issues early, before they become a health crisis.

We also offer Feature months to encourage our clients to take advantage of our services.

Surgery & Medical Imaging

"Scoop" was injured in a car accident and sustained a fractured femur.  You can see below the obvious displacement of the two fragments.

The picture below shows a metal pin fixator connecting the two fragments together. A metal screw has also been inserted to connect the other fractured bones in the knee joint.

Below are two radiographs of patients with urinary bladder stones.  The top radiograph shows only one stone, while the one below has multiple stones in the bladder.  Can you find them?

Below is a radiograph of an expectant mother.  How many puppies can you count?

As a full service hospital, we offer a wide range of surgical services as well as diagnostic imaging (x-rays).  Radiology assists the veterinarian in  diagnosing conditions as diverse as ingested items, to broken bones, to determining pregnancy and arthritis.

Laboratory Services

We can do a variety of laboratory testing on site including testing urine and feces, parasite identification, glucose testing and some other types of blood test evaluation.

For more complex analysis we send samples to a central veterinary laboratory.  Results are returned via facsimile usually the next day.

In April and October we celebrate Senior Pet Month and offer 10% off all Senior pet care examinations and blood panels. Bring in a urine sample a have it evaluated without charge.
